How many types do you have for EV chargers?

We mainly have two types of EV chargers. Type 1 is with SAE J1722 standard for the US market and type 2 is with IEC 62196-2 standard for European market. They are CE and FCC certified.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. If you are looking to resell but in much smaller quantities, please contact our sales team directly.

What is your product warranty?

We warranty our materials and workmanship. We promise to give you satisfaction with our products. Usually we offer the one-year warranty. In warranty or not, we will address and resolve all customer issues to their satisfaction.

What are the payment options?

You can make the payment to our bank account. For new customers, we only accept 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment. Or if you have been with us for years and run into cash flow pressure, we do offer O/A credit.

Which of your products are selling better?

All of our EV chargers are popular, but not every market is the same. According to the latest sales date, the switching appointment models are hotter selling. If you are planning to purchase them, it is best to ask our experienced consultants.

How long does it usually take for me to receive the goods?

For samples, the lead time is about 7 days if we have the inventory. For mass production, the lead time is 30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when we have received your deposit. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sales. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs.

Is it easy to import EV chargers?

It belongs to normal electric products without any batteries. Normally you need to obtain a common registration before being allowed to import. Our sales team can assist you in dealing with anything that you meet before delivery.

How do you calculate the shipping cost?

The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. Shipping by sea freight is the best solution for big quantities. We can only offer a exact freight rate when we get the details of amount, weight and shipping way.

Can I come to China for factory inspection?

Of course, but it is better to wait until the epidemic subsides. Now we support using Microsoft TEAMS or ZOOM for online factory inspection.
