We can supply metal lock boxes for protecting ev chargers, the protection class is IP55. With a lock and a metal / tempered glass door. You can mount it onto the wall or on a pile. We support OEM design and orders.

All the money paid to Kelylands for the purchase of their products is secure. Below is an outline of costs you will pay
Design Fee
Pay an extra fee for any custom packaging design you may need for your private brand.
Sample Product Fee
Pay a small amount if you need a certain number of samples. Of course, for 1 or 2 samples, it is free of charge. With 3 or more samples, you have to pay for it.
Shipping Fee
This is the amount of money that you will pay for the transportation of your products from the factory to your doorstep.Kelylandss offers you the convenience of any kind.
Miscellaneous Fee
It is any other fees relating to taxes, service fees, penalties, and late fees. They are usually low-cost amounts.
30% T/T Fee
You can decide to either pay the full amount or pay 30% of the full payment for each order you placed.
70% Final Fee
Complete your payment within a certain period before the shipment and receive the products you ordered for.

Customs clearance and loading time
The staff load the EV chargers on the vans, prepare relevant documents for customs clearance. Once cleared, drivers then transport them to various dispatch points.
Sea and land transportation time
Once the EV chargers arrive at their destination by sea or by air, you will receive an alert. You can plan how to collect your shipped goods.

To save you from worries, here are some facts you need to know about our ev chargers.
What am I supposed to do if my order delays?
If your order is late for more than a week, contact your sales account manager to be assisted further. Kindly note that some times the orders can delay because of unavoidable circumstances. Just be patient and we will let you know if there is a valid reason for the delay.
Can you replace products that are damaged during shipping?
It happens on rare occasions because we ensure that all our products are well-packaged before being shipped. But in case it does, please contact your sales account manager directly. They will guide you and advise you accordingly.
How long does it take for me to receive the goods that I've ordered?
It depends on how many pieces, where and how you request to ship to. We have a certain amount of inventory, for small quantity, the lead time is within 15 days. Usually our lead time for bulk production is 30 days. The shipping time will be another 15-40 days by different modes of transportation and different countries.
Can you provide free samples for check?
If you need, yes. However we will only provide 1 or 2 samples for free, and you have to bear the freight cost on your side.
